Ele estava acompanhado por um amigo e havia conhecido a v\u00edtima, que estava com uma prima e uma amiga.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Ap\u00f3s convid\u00e1-las para beber champanhe, o ex-lateral da Sele\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira teria chamado a jovem para entrar em outra \u00e1rea exclusiva onde ficava o pequeno banheiro, o qual ela desconhecia.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Segundo o MP, o ex-jogador do Barcelona teria demonstrado uma &#8221;atitude violenta&#8221;, agredindo a mulher. Ela teria sido for\u00e7ada a manter rela\u00e7\u00f5es sexuais, apesar de sua resist\u00eancia.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8221;A v\u00edtima reiteradamente pediu que a deixasse ir embora, que queria sair dali, o que o r\u00e9u n\u00e3o permitiu&#8221;, indica o texto, afirmando que a jovem viveu uma &#8221;situa\u00e7\u00e3o de ang\u00fastia e terror&#8221;.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Alves mudou sua vers\u00e3o<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>A jovem, que ap\u00f3s receber atendimento m\u00e9dico denunciou os fatos em 2 de janeiro de 2023, sofre atualmente &#8221;um transtorno de stress p\u00f3s-traum\u00e1tico de intensidade elevada&#8221;, pelo qual se encontra em tratamento, indica o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>O jogador, que inicialmente negou conhecer a jovem, mudou sua vers\u00e3o diversas vezes. Acabou, por fim, admitindo que tiveram rela\u00e7\u00f5es sexuais, mas consensuais, segundo fontes pr\u00f3ximas ao caso.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>A vers\u00e3o da demandante se manteve est\u00e1vel, e a Audi\u00eancia Nacional (principal inst\u00e2ncia judicial da Espanha) negou em diversas ocasi\u00f5es os recursos de liberdade provis\u00f3ria solicitados pelos advogados do atleta, alegando, entre outros motivos, o risco de fuga.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Desde o in\u00edcio do caso, rumores e vazamentos t\u00eam sido recorrentes.
